Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Beacon, provided by Fiterative LLC ("we"). By using the service, your studio agrees to them.
The service
Beacon is software that helps fitness studios look after their members, schedules and coach notes. We may change or improve it over time.
Accounts
Each person signs in with their own account. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. The studio decides who has access and removes people who leave.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to reach another studio's information, to probe or disrupt the service, or to upload anything you have no right to share.
Your members' information
The studio is responsible for the member information it brings to the service. That means having the right to use it, telling members how it is used, and deciding whether AI features are on. We process it on the studio's behalf, as our privacy policy describes.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the studio paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
